By using Flagstead you agree to these terms.

The service

Flagstead provides a hosted, market-catered website and lead-capture service for real-estate professionals on a subscription basis. One agent is served per defined market.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; on cancellation your territory is released and may be offered to another agent.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your licensing information and for compliance with applicable real-estate and fair-housing laws in your jurisdiction.
